• The most consequential parts of life — health, wealth, relationships — compound over years. Most AI excels at tasks but resets between sessions. We build an always-on runtime layer that encodes intent as durable state and continuously reconciles it with real-world signals. Coherence becomes computational, not cognitive.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ all-in; but surprised you keep asking. (in 2026, no body is debating agentic workflows, that's table stakes). My time gap constraint is for time to PMF, not time to build.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ Between your deep research & dev background and w/ some help from aaron, I am 97% confident the bottleneck won't be building that agent.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ 1). This coming 2 weeks, we should just ignore "gradient use-cases" and just have blind faith that the forking & replicating openclaw & manus skills will be strong enough for "infra primitives". Do you think this is the right vector of attack?

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ 2). I love Andrej & he has a history of taking overly complex codebase and distilling it into something simple & elegant (see his 8k lines for ChatGTP 4 months ago). My challenge w/ you is can we fork the right repos to get us to the starting line? (note, this has to be gut instinct & intuition, or straight to the point "it is a matter of engineering taste" as Ilya stated).

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ 3). As for agent-system, what are your top 3 distinctive properties? For context: my definition = eternal, quiet, decoupled from task & reasoning.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ +100 Yeah I get what you're pointing at. It's basically a versatile personal assistant (althought, i really hate personal assistant terminology) that runs in an isolated env so it doesn't wreck the system. Single-user setup, readable codebase.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ so much hype and speculation on this file, I think (and googling around confirms it), it is probably just a modified version of this. Just create our version call it "línghún.md" 灵魂 and be done w/ it… i don't think it is a P0.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ voice as keyboard is DOA [dead on arrival]. voice as a "penance" as in daily catholic voice confession w/ god is a unique product insight.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ nothing fancy, just making sure people use it daily and increase the context window size by 5x. I did research into this, most people type less than 40 wpm, most people speak about 120 wpm. The average google search queries is about 4 words, the average chatgpt is about 20 words, if we can get people to speak for 60s, that's 120 words. In this case, more is more.

• 🏃🏻‍♂️ Autonomy = YES, but not for task execution or reasoning; just for continuous background orchestration across multiple AI platforms.
