Frontier race is basically closed: OpenAI + Google/DM as the core duopoly, with maybe a few survivable shards for Anthropic, DeepSeek, Qwen, MS, Meta, Grok/xAI (need infinite capex, "nepo babies" using platform lock-in for distribution, or geopolitical backing). Competing head-on there is a negative EV game at best or a death march…

• most sci-fi movies make the machine (ai) the villains or lack of soul as the scapegoat, maybe we should self-reflect…
• A few sidenote: work harder, not smarter is the new theme of ai agent, will this trend last?
• Adrian using molt is a proxy for peak agentic workflow? Kinda like peak nft / memecoins? When everyone is excited about the same thing, i get uncomfortable…
